The Regency Ballroom Box Office is only available on show days, and opens at the door time.

To avoid Service Charges, purchase tickets at:

• The Warfield Theatre (982 Market Street) on Sundays between 10am-3pm and any night the Warfield Theatre has an event. There is a $5 per ticket Box Office fee at this location
• The Regency Ballroom on any show night once the doors have opened. There is a $4 per ticket fee at this Box Office location
• On the day of the event once doors are open and if tickets are still available

The Regency Ballroom is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets which were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e.: The Warfield Theatre & The Regency Ballroom websites and physical box offices; AXS.com). For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers.

Types of Payment Accepted:
CASH, VISA, MC, and AMEX are accepted for ticket sales and food/drinks.

General Rules:
NO bottles, cans, alcohol, cameras, or recording equipment allowed.

Children Rules:
Ages 6+ are welcome at The Regency Ballroom with a paid ticket unless specifically noted.

The Regency Ballroom Box Office is only available on show days and opens at the door time. This includes picking up Will Call tickets. A valid photo ID is required for Will Call pick up

AXS Mobile ID

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. Seating / ADA Accessible Seating

All General Admission shows are standing room only. If the balcony is open, limited seating will be available on a first come first serve basis. This area is only accessible by stairs.

ADA accessible seating at the Regency Ballroom is available on the main floor.

Accessible seat tickets are available for every AXS ticketed event through the normal purchase process on AXS.com.
